On the occasion of the #fuorisalone, an unmissable expo at the historic Frette store in via Manzoni, 11 [Milan].
From Rome to Venice to Milan. The collaboration with Frette that began years ago continues today stronger than ever. The occasion was the Milan Design City, #fuorisalone.
In fact, we were asked to organize an exhibition inside the historic Frette store in Via Manzoni, Milan. And, to do so, it seemed appropriate to ask ourselves a preliminary question: what is design for us? Finding an unambiguous and satisfactory answer was not easy.
For us, design is represented by those objects that look good everywhere, timeless icons. Furniture and accessories that possess the strange magical power to make any place elegant, complete, unique, in a word: perfect.
With this reflection in mind, we looked around, searching our Show-room for that magic power. Seven made-in-Italy companies jumped out at us: Bitossi and Bosa for ceramics, Cantori for furniture, Contardi for lighting, Rosenthal for porcelain, Blueside Emotional Design for glass and Zanetto for silver.
Among them, we chose those products that would best express the feeling of completeness, elegance and perfection that inspired us; and that would be able to dialogue, but at the same time stand out, within the exhibition space in a coherent and unconventional way.
Thus, we have created a path ranging from furniture and accessories with harmonious proportions, impervious to tastes, fashions and time.
A path that gives a unique design experience to anyone who decides to enter the Frette store. A path that conveys emotions. From a strong collaboration, a unique display for an exceptional event — design as we love it.
